Customazing the Album
When will I receive my order ?
Information about the delivery time is indicated on our website on the customization page, on the basket page and on the order page.
From Friday 12.00 noon following your order, please allow two weeks before shipping.
A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is taken over by the Belgian Post Office.
You have access to the status of your order in the "order history" of your customer account.
As the customized album is a one-off, a quality control is conducted out in our premises.
Therefore, an additional delay might impact your order.
The preview does not work, how will my album be printed ?
The correct operation of the preview depends on several factors in the browser, whose malfunctions are beyond our control. We encourage you to place your order on the latest version of Chrome.
Is the preview exactly what I will get ?
The layout you see is what you will get. However, the colour rendering may vary slightly and we cannot be held responsible. Indeed, the rendering on the web depends on many parameters such as screen size, browser, etc.
What customization can I do ?
The context imagined by the author is the one in which "The Cat" talks to your dad, grandma, uncle, sister...
As these people are not the Cat's daddy, granny, etc., the Cat cannot name them in this way, no matter what the link is between you and this person.
The customization is only possible on the title(s), the first name(s) and the last name(s).
The other texts are adjusted accordingly.
All fields are mandatory.
The upper case letters do not work/some font characters do not appear, what can I do ?
The font used by Philippe Geluck does not support upper case letters and some other font characters.
Is there any check/crop for my photo ?
When you import your photo on the platform, you have an online cropping tool to place the photo as you wish.
Please note that there is no further check by us, so be sure that the layout you validate is suitable for you.
However, we reserve the right to reject a photo if its content is inappropriate.
How « big » should my photo be ? Is it of sufficient quality?
To ensure quality rendering, your photo must have the following resolution 300dpi, 11x8cm for the cropped part.
If your photo does not meet the above criteria, you might get a pixelized result for which we cannot be held responsible
My country is not in the list of delivery countries, what can I do ?
If your country is not in the list of delivery countries, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will add your country to the list within 2 working days and you will be able to order via your shopping cart.
Is it possible to group orders ?
Please note that if you place several orders (at different times, for instance), they cannot be grouped. To get all your albums at once, you just have to add all the necessary items to your shopping cart and then finalise your order.

How can I find out the status of my order ?
The status of your order is available on your account. In any case, you will be notified by e-mail when your order is being sent.
Can I have a dedication from Philippe Geluck in the album ?
Sorry, we are not lucky enough to have Philippe Geluck visit our offices on a daily basis. It is therefore impossible for us to add a dedication to your album.
